Instructions
- In a saucepan with a lid, make the rice according to the instructions. Once cooked, reserve 1/2 for Asian Meatloaf.
- While cooking, heat Roasted Cauliflower in the microwave until hot.
- Heat the black beans in the microwave until hot.
- Right before serving, pour some of the Sweet and Spicy Sauce over Cauliflower the and toss well.
- On each plate, put a bed of mixed greens and top with rice, the Sweet and Spicy Cauliflower, and black beans. Garnish with Cilantro, Green onions, and sesame seeds.
